Return & Refund Policy
You may return your purchase for a full refund if the return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Use the email entered when your order was placed.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if an item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or clothing items if worn, or not in their original condition.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges per se. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
We prepare all orders "on demand". Therefore, once an order is placed it isn't possible to cancel it. If you change your mind after placing an order, you will need to wait until your order is received. At that point, you will be able to initiate a return as outlined above.
All returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-14 business days of our receipt of your returned item(s).
This time period includes:
the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days)
the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
