Returns Policy
You may return your purchase for a full refund if the return request is initiated using the form below within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item item or if an item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.
Returns Process
Initiate your return request using the form below within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of our receipt of your returned item(s).
This time period includes:
- the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days)
- the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Order Cancellation
As Artjag prepares all orders "on demand", once an order is placed it isn't possible to cancel it.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you will need to wait until your order is received. At that point, you will be able to initiate a return using the form below.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
